Interview of Director of Sales position. Offer was made and negotiated then accepted. Waiting for background check. Provided references and then ghosted by HR. I made repeated attempts to contact the company leadership team as well as HR. Calls were ignored and email response with we are currently updating our onboarding process. Please be patient with us during this process. 2 weeks has gone by and followed up with additional phone calls to HR for follow-up. Was told by the President of the company that they are no longer interested that I should of been contacted via email of the decision.
