The process took a month. I was contacted by a recruiter. I had a 30 min phone interview with the director. The interviewer was easy to talk to. Basic questions regarding the position and from resume I was told that they would let me know next steps within 2 weeks. I never heard anything from them. I contacted recruiter multiple times to follow up. After more than a month i got an automated email saying i was not selected. I did not like the interview process at all. The communication was not there between the applicant and recruiter
