It was three steps for me. The first step was the interview with Morgan, where she introduced me to what is Dataquest and how things work there, and then she asked me questions about my background, my experiences in teaching and remotely-working. The second step with Rose was more questions about my experience in R and my ability to teach, the difference between a traditional course and an online one, my approach to conflict resolution. And the last step was the 2-hours-project that involved writing a course to load csv-data in R.
