Phone screening with engineer, questions covers generic to tough one. Probabilistic Graphical Model, Optimization, L1/L2 Regularization Maximum entropy principle. + backtracking coding. Onsite was tough. Recruiter will give you a manual for next round but not helpful at all.

Recruiter seemed a bit rushed/reading from script, asked about some very specific things from work experience (not in resume, seemed like they were looking for key words for me to mention). At time of interview the company seemed to be in a hurry to hire. Interviewer was friendly and engaged in the interview - LeetCode/many edge cases type question.

Entrevista
Initial phone screening followed by 1 hour technical screening consisting of leetcode style problems. Next step is 3 rounds consisting of 2 more coding rounds and a behavioral round with the hiring manager. Overall pretty standard interview process but poor communication from the recruiter. After the final round I was completely ghosted, reached out to recruiter multiple times to get no response.
