First received a call from very nice HR lady who asked basic questions about my experience and told me a bit more about the role. The next day, I received an invitation to an in-person interview with 2 potential supervisors. The interview went well, very conversarional and I was able to learn a lot about the role itself and its expectations. I waited for a follow-up, emailing the HR lady who kept promising a feedback that actually never came. It has now been more than 3 weeks since my interview and while I was able to honor my appointment, they will not even dignify you with a follow-up email. Very bad recruitment process for an organization with so much potential. Very disappointing...
