I got call from a consultancy for SharePoint job in phillipines and interview was scheduled saying it was just a discussion and then there will be technical interview. I got call from datamatics and they connected me to a guy in phillipines. He just said his name and started asking questions. He did not tell me about what his role was, about project or what he was looking for. I could have asked but it would be impolite to interrupt him and so I waited for my turn. He asked so many questions. He interviewed for an hour asking so many questions and when he was finished with all questions, he just said he will give his feedback to HR. He didn't have basic etiquette to ask the candidate if they have any questions. He wasted my one hour time only to say he was looking for someone with experience as an architect, team lead, developer and also testing. He want all 4 roles in one person. I wish this company has their employees trained how to interview or at least have their employees learn basic etiquette to talk to people. If this is the case that employees don't know how to communicate or behave properly I wonder how they communicate or handle clients/team.
