Disappointing to get that far and not get an offer, but the recruiter provided feedback throughout, and took the time to call me to explain their decision to go a different direction, despite all the positive feedback I had received up to that point.

What are some differences in implementing a product at a large enterprise level company vs a smaller company.
The interview process is long, but it's good because a lot of insight into the company and culture is provided along the way. Friendly approach and a well structured process.

Entrevista
Several interviews with C-Suite members and a mock/role play. All pretty straightforward. The team was pleasant and efficient throughout the process and very good about communicating next steps.
Ultimately, after the full interview process was over, I was told I performed well and received good feedback from the team, but they were looking for someone with more AI experience that could hit the ground running given their current account load. While I understand this choice, this just seems like a conclusion that could’ve very easily been reached earlier on before I invested a lot of time and energy into the 3 week process. Just didn’t leave feeling my time was respected or I was especially valued as a candidate.
The interview process and coordination are top notch, but please be clearer and more aligned upfront about what you’re looking for. Otherwise, you’re going to waste a lot of people’s time.
