An initial call with a recruiter, then an interview with two people on the team, a call with the reporting manager, a presentation with a panel of people, then because they were slightly concerned about my presentation interview (I was literally dying during it and know I was not 100%) they asked for a follow up call. I met with the head of the department and then was offered the job.
The recruiter had said I'd fall into a certain salary range but then their offer was firm at 20K less than expected.
Ultimately it was still more than my current job and the equity and benefits were better. But the recruiter handled this so poorly and got angry that it wasn't an immediate yes. So it was a no from me, datadawg.
I'm not giving up being remote for a company that won't budge at all on base. I stayed home for about 7k less in my current toxic job. But at least I get to sit on my couch with my dog while I do it.

Pretty much same interview process as everyone else mentioned. I fumbled a bit during the final round (an in-person day with a technical and a couple of behaviorals). Specifically, I was a bit slow to figure out the issue in the technical. In the feedback, they told me I was a bit "green". Kind of frustrating that your performance relies so much on their platform which you wouldn't know unless you go out of your way to study it, but it is what it is.

Tell me about a time when you had an issue/problem with someone on your team. How did you resolve it?
I am just doing this to get access this is stupid. But I did a standard screening interview just like everyone else does, then a technical exercise which took me quite a long time.
