Entrevista
I got passed around multiple recruiters to find a matching team as I directly applied to a product I was not a good fit for. This lead to three rounds.
Every round came with preparation and questions calls from the recruiter and a list of resources to prepare. You know what they will ask, what they expect to see, and what to start working on (system design resources, leetcode links)
I have been especially impressed with the recruiter reactivity. He came back to me with feedback after every call, what to improve for the next and looked for teams I would be genuinely interested in for the last round. The managers and engineers I met with were interesting folks that cared about their product so good advertisement on their part. An overall great experience despite the three months it took, that led me to sign with them.

Round 1:
- Coding interview I: string manipulation and dictionary matching
Round 2:
- Coding interview II: buffers, writing to file and locking mechanism
- System design: components for a website hosting shared resources
- System Engineering: presenting in details a previous project and answer technical questions
- Values of the company: describe the added value of your previous team and your work process, also describe a project you worked on
Round 3:
- Team matching: meet up with various teams with open positions to find a good fit. This ended up being the tricky round as some were looking for specific skills or were not a good geographic match.
One knowledge interview and one technical interview afterwards. Knowledge was fine. During the tech one, the interviewer was not listening. The problem was a standard one. Got rejected after second round.

Knapsack problem with coins, solved via dynamic programming
Screening RH, qui mentor durant le process, puis deux rounds, le deuxième avec 4 test différents. Bon feedback tout du long. C'est fluide et le RH est là pour aider à préparer les sujets.
El proceso constó de tres fases principales. Primero, apliqué online a un puesto de trabajo disponible. Posteriormente, pasé a una entrevista técnica de aproximadamente una hora, enfocada principalmente en el desarrollo, integración y securización de APIs. También discutimos estrategias de despliegue, monitorización y gestión de recursos en la nube utilizando el ecosistema de Azure. Por último, realizamos un ejercicio conversacional sobre buenas prácticas de código y arquitectura. Fue un proceso fluido y el equipo fue muy profesional.
