I applied it online and the process is fairly quick. I guessed thats related to my another offer has been granted so they want to move it quick.
Overall process is quite long.
1. HR/recruiter - nothing special just a 20-30 mins chat to see if you're generally fit
2. Hiring manager - another 30 mins of chat, know more about the company and personally I don't remember i got any behavioural Qs in the round
3. hackerrank test - 100 mins 3 Qs, pretty easy. 1 SQL/ 1 Bash/ 1 Datadog agent
4. cultural interview - onsite 30 mins. basically deep dive into your previous experience & projects. Some general behavioural questions
5 Pair troubleshooting - 1 hour. I was being told that they will provide me some links & docs to read though before the interview starts but literally they forgot about it and sent me those when I asked them once they joined the meeting which make me look like no preparation at all. I just knew I failed this part as soon as it finished cause this is the most intense part of the whole process and they just leave me with no cules to follow.
5. Director interview - it should be a 30 mins final chat with the director.
Overall the interview is on average, requires some knowledge of their products and I think the pair troubleshooting part decides everything so get yourself ready for their agent and hopefully you get the links as they said, BEFORE the interview.
I applied through LinkedIn. It did not that that long to come back to me. They reviewed my resume and cv, sent me an email to have a phone screening interview.

En total son 5 entrevistas, junto con una asignación para la casa. No te confies porque a pesar de llegar a la última fase puedes ser fácilmente descartada si no respondes las preguntas del director que es quien toma la desicion final

I applied online, and a recruiter from Singapore reached out by email. They outlined the process as: 1. Hackerrank; 2. Interview with hiring manager (Functional background / projects / tools, Why support engineering role?); 3. Interview with other engineers on the team (Scenario based, How to handle multiple tickets, How to deal with difficult customers); 4. Live troubleshooting round (Role play how to act -- Ask questions on what they’re facing right now, Documentation provided during interview); 5. Director connect (Career goals, How datadog can help).
