The interview process was pretty standard for an analyst role. They provided an excel case study that was pretty easy which required me to write some basic formulas. I then had to present the finished case study to them and explain my thought process. There was a large gap of time between the initial interview and the final interview.

Recruiter call, manager call, teammate call, take home assignment, final interview. The senior manager didn't show up for my final interview. Then, totally ghosted. Only after this experience I learned that Datadog is known for ghosting candidates. I won't be applying here again in the future, especially after the work that went into take home assignment.
