Recruiter screen was normal. Moved to video interview with (I was told it was going to be the hiring manager but it turns out it was not) a peer. Then moved on to an assignment, which was an assignment to take one of their reqs and source for it, and put your strategy, message, and candidates you sourced into a powerpoint and present it. (unethical..) Presented that in the next meeting to the same peer plus an additional peer. Then about 4 business days later the recruiter contacted me saying she had an update and would call me at xyz time the next day. I waited, received no call. Gave her a couple of additional days, then decided to follow up and let her know I did not receive the call if she tried. she said she did (if she did, then why didn't she leave me a voicemail?) and that she would have someone else reach out, as she was on PTO. I waited, no contact from anyone else. Then I followed up the following week, and she apologized stating she was still on PTO and that the Hiring manager (whom I'd never had a single interaction with) would reach out. That individual never did, and comically, I have still never heard back from this company...
They seem to think they're a mini google with their interview processes/homework assignments/long interview processes for the hottest job market ever. It's kind of funny in hindsight - but I wouldn't recommend... if they can't figure out how to disposition active candidates, or create "homework" assignments for recruiters that don't require them to use their current companies sourcing tools, then I'm not sure what else they're incapable of ..

I recently had a very disappointing interview experience. The conversation was rushed, with the recruiter from UK moving abruptly from one question to another without giving space to respond fully. The entire interview lasted barely 20 minutes, with no proper introduction about herself or the role, which set a poor tone right from the start.
Unfortunately, the process felt dismissive and unstructured, as though it was being done just to tick a box during the holiday period. As candidates invest time and preparation, experiences like this leave a negative impression of the company.
I sincerely hope the organization reviews and strengthens its talent acquisition practices to ensure candidates are treated with professionalism and respect. A better candidate experience goes a long way in building a strong employer brand

I was sourced through the recruiter and during the call, the recruiter ask some key screening questions. Through the screening questions, the recruiter said you didn’t answer the questions and you should used the STAR approach. The recruiter should be more specific if they were looking for some answer & said clearly it is not a fit. This role has been open for the longest time in Singapore. I guess we know why

The interview process for this type of role is very long and unneccasery, 7-8 rounds meeting various employees and each time you have to explain your Experience again which can be frustrating as seems lack of communication across process. Too long to be taking up candidates time and could be made shorter.
