I had a great experience working with recruiters from Datadog! First I had a recruiter call, in which they explained the process thoroughly. Then had a pretty standard tech screen consisting of fair questions. After passing that, they send you a take-home which is something you might do in the real-world. Something that sets Datadog apart from other companies is that they seem to care about each candidate, and take the time/care to describe exactly what went well/didn't go well during each portion of the process. Other companies should take a page out of their book in this regard.

One knowledge interview and one technical interview afterwards. Knowledge was fine. During the tech one, the interviewer was not listening. The problem was a standard one. Got rejected after second round.
