Amazing interview process - very professional, considerate, and informative. Applied online. Started with a phone screen from the technical recruiter who did an outstanding job in explaining the company, team, and role. Continued to a phone interview, a take home assessment, and an on-site. The technical interviews and assessment were fair and challenging. It was also important to be able to talk in depth about personal projects, but the interviewers seemed genuinely interested so this made it easy. One of the interviews was behavioral which gave both sides a good chance to evaluate the culture fit. There was also sufficient time during the interviews to ask any question and receive a detailed response. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very kind, thorough, and responsive. They were considerate of my time constraints and offer deadlines and moved very quickly.
