30 minute recruiter screen followed by 30 minute hiring manager interview. Did not advance past this phase but next step was a take home project using Python. I think it focused on web apps.
Otras evaluaciones sobre las entrevistas para el cargo de Technical Curriculum Developer en Datadog
Extremely long and tedious, recruiter wanted to have extra phone calls between each round. No feedback or opportunity to discuss take-home assignment. Overall, a lot of work and didn't feel seriously considered as a candidate due to several logistical hurdles.

Entrevista
For a growing mid-sized company, they are doing the interview process right. Recruiter used a meeting platform to schedule the call. Easy to select a date and time.
During the phone call, she sounded energetic and explained the company, team, and role very well. The company is steadily growing yet being conservative. Makes sense to do that to gather top talent!
She asked the typical recruiter screening questions. Then shared about the interview process unprompted. She brought up that coding would be involved in the take-home assignment--very helpful to know up front.
Unfortunately, I did not move forward as I do not have coding experience and might not have enjoyed this role as much. But I would gladly go for another role that's more aligned with my skills at Datadog. I hope they continue to grow and keep their best values!
