Initial phone screen with the recruiter; 45-minute interview with a potential teammate; the next step would have been an interview with the hiring manager Whole process was about ~2 weeks Unfortunately, despite receiving positive feedback from the interview with a potential teammate and being told that I would be moving forward in the process to interview with the hiring manager, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter. It's been over a month since my last contact with anyone from the hiring team. I even emailed the recruiter earlier this week to follow up, but got no response; the job still appears to be posted and have not received any communication (even a standard rejection email).
