The process was great and proceeded quickly. I was able to meet with everyone on the team and had the chance to present to a panel and take questions in my final interview. It's hard to say if the process would be easy or difficult to others, I think it depends on whether you're a fit for the role. For me, it was easy so I will say it was "average" because it's what I expected.
