The process started out great - the recruiter reached out and clearly explained the steps. I interviewed with a hiring manager, and moved to the next phase with a take-home technical assessment. This took roughly 6 hours. I then moved to another interview with a second hiring manager, and finally a third interview with a third hiring manager. The third hiring manager showed up 10 minutes late to the 30 minute interview and did not extend the timing. It ended with a simple "We will follow up with next steps", and several months later I still have not heard back from any of the hiring managers or recruiter. In my mind, a company ghosting in not tolerable; a simple accept or deny is the least they can do after a given candidate commits a bunch of time interviewing and completing technical assessments with them.
