The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview and then went dark after my initial response with times. I was referred by a current sales rep so he reached out to her internally and there was no response.. I followed up over email multiple times and reached out to another recruiter who I'd been in contact over LinkedIn and no one responded. Takeaway: if this lack of responsiveness / disorganization represents Databricks' culture, it is probably not the right organization for me.
