Because the company is actively looking for employees, they use recruitment services so it's likely someone on LinkedIn will approach you and tell you about an opportunity. The interview process is quite simple, you will have a remote interview with a team leader, he/she gonna ask some technical questions to see how you resolve that. Then that's it!

Entrevista
Very normal. Two people. IT Manager and a senior developer. Not very inspiring. No technical test, just a very bland interview in a bland meeting room. The interview was fine, the people seemed nice enough and it might have been about 45mins to an hour.
