Everyone was friendly and questions were straight-forward. Good mix of technical and interpersonal questions. Got a very good understanding of their company's history and future goals. They got to know you on the personal and professional side.
Started with an HR phone screen. Did a technical interview over the phone with several managers next. Then did an onsite technical interview with more managers. After that, I got an offer.

Small office but it was refreshing to be able to interact with the higher ups at a company. I believe the CTO felt I was dumb as he was very condescending and brash in his speech. I also had an interview with team manager who had been there for 15 years. He was really nice, but couldn't help but get a bad vibe from the office as it was dilapidated and the employees seemed unmotivated. Was asked to do some simple coding on a computer and talk about a few projects. Invited out to lunch with the team and they seemed nice, but since we didn't have congruent personalities a lot of awkward moments accompanied with us at lunch. Employees seemed happy though, and they truly felt they were making a difference and impact at the company which reflected well. However, the uncompetitive pay and dead culture was not a place I was interested in investing the beginning of my career in. I believe my reluctant sentiments resonated in my body language as I did not receive an offer.
