It is a long interview process, I was first contacted by the recruiter, and then I had a 30-minute first Interview. After that I have a 30-minute English Check talking about my day and my previous job. Finally, a 2 hours Technical Interview that was exhausting.

Quick and eloquent process, remote assessment + customer validation. The process took one week to the formal offer, and it was agile. The technical homework was not complicated followed by the technical screening.

Entrevista
1) Test task for 1-2 days.
2) Talk with the architect: sql, patterns, solid, caching, the difference between ruby 1.8, 1.9 and 2, rails specific questions, discussion of previous projects, the biggest challenge etc.
3) Talk with CEO
