No interview, just a series of questions to answer to test your writing abilities. Offers two AI written responses and then asks you to evaluate the quality of both, then pick which is better, and finally explain what made one response better than the other. It also tests your ability to recognize when the AI hallucinates poorly and generates answers that are either harmful or dishonest.

The interview process was really cool. I think that most places should get interviewees engaged in the process. Also the writing prompts were unique and fun to write. I am waiting for a response but overall cool experience.
