DataAnnotation recruits via Indeed. When you apply, they have you fill out a standard form for your information and the like, and then you are tasked with taking part in a sixty-minute assessment process. Wherein they have you do the work you will be doing with them. The instructions are clear, but things get strange after you're done.
There is no follow-up as to whether or not you passed, or how you did. They just let you know they will be in touch and basically ghost you. It's a very weird process that is super robotic in nature, which is ironic, and you really have no idea what they are looking for. Definitely the strangest interview I've ever done, and yet, I still see them recruiting on Indeed.
