It takes awhile to get them to respond. As well need to have a strong background in ASP.NET and C#. The company is still build on the ASP platform which is slowly decaying. But the Sr. Developers are quite stubborn to listen to anyone else

They don't question as much as they just load you up with a lot of work
Thank you for the constructive and honest feedback. We promise to work on the response times. It is my hope that with the new regime change that occurred in August 2016, things will begin to move in a more positive direction for the future of the company.

Submit a resume. Get a call back. Depending on the position you may be asked to take a coding test. You can use google or any other resource during the test and you have plenty of time to take it. I thought it was a pretty easy test. Interview with senior developers. Salary negotiation. Offer phone call and email. Very professional process. Was one of the friendliest low stress interviews I have ever done.
