This was an informal interview with the Integration Specialist and HR Manager. We discussed the purpose of the company, my responsibilities in the role, and my experience with a few technologies including SQL, Java and Delphi. The specialist expressed that they were looking for a graduate to train with their in-house software rather than an accomplished software engineer.
