Pathetic, horrific, and terribly unprofessional experience! The worst HR ever!! The process started with a general intelligence test. The question paper said "campus interview test" on the top. It was a regular aptitude test on around 1hr 30 mins. Clearly not suitable for the position of a Senior Technical Writer. The people who were shortlisted were asked to wait for the technical round. During the technical round, a candidate came in saying that he wasn't in the list of either shortlisted or non-shortlisted candidates, so he was asked to go ahead with the interview. I mean, is this some kind of joke. I have never seen such a lame process before! It seems that they didn't even check the papers and picked candidates randomly for the interview. After the technical discussion, I was asked to wait for the managerial round. I waited for good 2 hours and was then asked to go home as the office timings were over!! The HR said that he'll call me to schedule the interview again. I never got a call back. When I inquired, I was told that other candidates who waited that day were selected! How pathetic and unfair is this! On the top of that, I again got an email from the same HR for the same position. When I called him back, he said that this was for the entry-level position and won't be suitable for me. They, why, Mr. HR, did you email me in first place??? Extremely lazy, irresponsible, careless, and unprofessional attitude this HR had got! Horrible, horrible experience!!
