I approached this interview with an open mind to qualify what they might have to offer. The interview format was rushed, a bit chaotic and this came across a little unprofessional. One of the interviewers was late and one got up in the middle and left to deal with another issue..this did not through me off but noted. Positives The interviewers generally were nice and very probing in their questions to understand how you think. The first parts of the interview were structured with a strong focus on how much you are willing to put into the role...this is a company suited to those who don't mind committing long hours. Interview questions were logical, standard how do you think type questions This is doer environment, not suited to delegators from my experience Nice touch with everyone greeting you at the end of the assessment; feedback was encouraged Room for improvement Scenario assessment was not relevant to the role I applied for. I was applying for an assurance role, but the scenario focuses on project implementation in a chaotic environment I was expecting a more consultative based approach, but this could be a misinterpretation either way. You have to wait around between each interview phase on whether you are rejected; this makes you feel you are on a tv talent show waiting to be executed
