A screening first which I declined on realizing the pay was too low, they then changed the job title to a much senior one with a higher 80 -120 K salary which was what the role deserved. I was rejected after the first interview with a comment that they didn't see me fit the role and would most probably look for someone junior or someone senior part time. which was unfortunate. But they at least came back very clearly what with they thought I lacked which in my opinion was inferred rather than asked directly during my interview and it was an incorrect inference.
