Had only one round of Skype round which went really well. Well, I was surprised at the level of questions that were asked for a Tech Lead. But given that, after having answered all correctly, I wasn't moved to the next round which was something I couldn't understand. Man, if you gonna reject, ask some hard questions and when I dont answer, then reject me. At least give me a learning example, so that I dont repeat my mistakes. In here, I din't even know the mistakes that I made.
