I had an phone interview with an external recruiter, a phone interview with an internal HR representative and a panel interview with multiple management team members. The phone interview with the internal HR representative was standard, however it was recorded. The panel interview consisted of some standard HR driven questions and a credit decision question which included some financial information about a company which was applying for credit. Would you extend credit or not and why.
