I had an interview with the department manager and supervisor. They asked me mostly behavioral questions. Such as "Describe a difficult problem you had to solve" or "how would you handle a situation involving a difficult coworker." The interview was long. I got a tour of the area where I would be working - don't forget the tour is part of the interview too.
