I was interviewed by the customer service manager. He was very friendly and straightforward, and asked me questions pertaining to teamwork. After the interview, I was to complete a personality test, and set up a second interview. The second interview was with the general manager, he asked me more questions about customer service, hospitality, and teamwork. After the questions, he set up an orientation date.
