I got a call from The Value Stream Lead for Digital Tribe. They invited me for an interview on short notice as they were visiting Aarhus for some work. Interview went on for 1 hour. Initially they gave me an introduction of their team and the position for which they are hiring, as well as the challenges they are facing today. Then they asked me situational questions for the Product Owner role. I listened to each and every question, then waited to think for a while, which they appreciated. Overall, they liked my answers, as I suppose. At last they asked me a question about AI. This is where I think I lost the interview. I could not show much enthusiasm in my answer, because I hadn't used AI much at that time.

I was invited to talk to hiring manager at first for them to explain the substance of the role. Then an interview with HR followed to iron out the practicalities and help to finalize the offer. I was also asked if I wanted to talk to someone who already works in a similar position and I accepted. I am not sure if this is a standard process as I did not apply but was rather headhunted.
