Straight-forward interview process with department manager. No behavorial questions, basic questions about my background and offered insight to work environment.

I had an interview with personnel from the accounting department and was told I would have received a feedback in one week. Never heard back from them, even if I sent a follow-up email. That was quite unpolite.
