First round with HR, then did a project, then had a one on one with the hiring manager, then had a grueling 2+ hour panel interview where I talked to every single person at the company. Turned out I was competing with someone who was an alumni of the scholarship program (I was not) so I couldn't really compete with that. They were very professional/respectful and called to tell me to I would not be receiving an offer. Explained why and mentioned they were impressed by me/my skills. Overall challenging experience but still think highly of the company.
