Had a lengthy process with a freelance recruiter. Daily calls trying to prepare me for the interview. Very cumbersome as I was applying to other jobs. Showed up for the in person interview and only got to talk to HR. The account lead who I would have been working with didn't show up. No explanation, no apology, no warning beforehand. I gave them thank you cards and followed up but still have not received any communication. Ghosted.
