This was an extremely poor candidate experience. I had a screening call scheduled with Dandy. This was the second time they canceled the call at the very last minute (5 minutes before the scheduled time). The first time they also canceled with very short notice (5 minutes after the call should have started). No actual interview ever took place. The repeated last-minute cancellations showed a complete lack of respect for the candidate’s time and preparation. Very unprofessional.

Like another reviewer had mentioned, I kept getting positive feedback after every interview just for them to send a rejection generic email at the end of round 3. I met with a recruiter, then a hiring manager and had a panel interview. For a company that emphasizes innovation and people-first values, the lack of transparency and follow-through was surprising. I invested significant time preparing and engaging thoughtfully in each round, so to be met with silence and a copy-paste rejection felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re going to ask candidates to go through an in-depth process, the least you can do is close the loop respectfully and provide some feedback. It sounds like they don’t really know what exactly they are looking for because the job posting and role was updated during mid interview process. Be wary while interviewing for this company.
