Like many engineers in the comments, I did a recruiter screen, an easy take home coding challenge, and a live coding interview and then was rejected. It's clear they are one of the many companies that perpetually post ads for positions they never intend to fill to take advantage of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Shady business practice. Don't waste your time.
