This position was for Aldevron. I completed 7 rounds of interviews. Interviews went well with the exception of the last one. As I was going through my background, the interviewer interrupted me, telling me if I cannot answer his questions in 2-3 sentences, he was going to cut me off. In my opinion this was a very unprofessional statement to make after asking about my background. After completing all 7 interviews, I received an email from HR stating the company “prides itself” on providing candidates with feedback in 5-7 days after the last interview. (This is even stated on the company site describing how interviews are conducted), Yet here it is, over 30 days with no response from the recruiter. Unprofessional interviewer and HR.
