They already have who they want to hire before the interview process, they actually just need people to come in an interview to make it seem as if it was a process. Crazy how they do not care about you you being hired they just need your head count to say they completed a real interview to hire their friend or whomever they actually wanted and promised that position so don’t get too excited if you get an interview and that goes for all departments
