4 rounds:
1. Screening call with Recruiter
Pretty straight forward, the talent partner will talk you briefly about the company and role and answer any questions you might have.
2. Interview with a manager (behavioral)
3. Technical interview (coding ability)
Leet code style interview with 2 engineers, they will also ask you questions based on details in your CV
4. System design interview
White boarding session with 2 engineers and you will be asked again about your experience and some technical knowledge
After going through all the rounds I was told they don’t want to hire remote anymore. Recruiter and interviews were really nice, but shows senior leadership is a bit unorganized. Need to be respectful of other people’s time.
