Recruiter found me on LinkedIn and reached out. Very professional and friendly. Process started out very quickly with positive interview with hiring manager. Then moved quickly to the team interviews stage, 2 of the 3 went well...one person did not click. Then...radio silence for 3 weeks, I had to reach out to get closure.

Interviewer didnt know what she was asking, didnt seem prepared. She didnt seem to know enough about the job, and she had serious attitude I wanted to get off the phone as soon as the interview started.
