Entrevista
HR contacted me and within a week I had an Excel based test with someone on the team over the phone. A week after that, I went in for a 6 hour interview meeting with 4 people (was supposed to be 5, but the director straight up didn't show), and presentation of a case study. Received a tour of the office at the end of the day.
Received an offer 2 days later, but when comparing to market data the salary was far below average and said they were restricted by internal salary bands.

Phone interview with the hiring manager. She asked some questions and I answered them then she gave me time to ask my own questions. We discussed next steps in the process.

Phone screening with HR recruiter, Amie was disheartening and unprofessional. Normally phone screenings consist of discussing role, company and experience. She was asking me about situational data related questions that were super vague and clearly just being read off a piece of paper. It felt like she was only looking for key specific words in my responses instead of actually listening to what I had to say. I'm pretty sure when I asked her to elaborate on a question, she responded with, 'what do you mean' which was extremely unprofessional and tacky.
