There were 3 rounds of interviews. 2 rounds of technical and 1 round of HR. 2 rounds of technical interviews were structured to understand more about previous employment and finance in general. HR interview was focused on understating the motivation levels, knowledge of current role and company. In all rounds of interviews, general understanding of the role was tested.
Interviewed with Davita. Had a 15 minute conversation, and told I was moved to the next round and I should follow up via text or phone call. I never heard back.

Process is too long they will alot time between each round. recruiter contacted me for initial screening call over phone, then i had 3 rounds of panel discussions and team meetings.
