After applying, I had to take an online assessment test. Then a recruiter called me w/ in an hour or 2 after taking my assessment test She did the screening process, asking for my employment history, job status and my experience. She is really nice and friendly. She did a great job of explaining the mission and values of the company and benefits for working in Davita. Shani helped me a lot during the process and set up my 2nd interview.
