The lady that interviewed me was very professional. She asked me behavioral based questions and gave me enough time to answer and discuss my answers. It was a fairly easy process, and she told me a lot of information about the job, including the negatives.

Working with Shani was a wonderful experience. She is very kind and supportive and represents DaVita very well. Her support helped make the process much easier. Shani has been the best recruiters I’ve ever worked with and I am grateful for the experience.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
