It was very straightforward. I applied for the position online on the company website. I was just a resume fill in and cv submission. Questions were direct about experience and work hours. I talked to the regional manager on the phone and she called me to come to her office in the afternoon the next day (tuesday) I had to answer a nursing competency quiz. I also spoke to the 2 managers I was going to be working under. I got lucky and they liked me. ( I got hired)

They asked me my work availability (mainly weekends) Depending on facility, you had to be able to work every other weekend or every 3rd weekend.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
