Entrevista
Two phone interviews, followed by panel interview with case study. Overall the individuals are very young with not much experience. Being that it was during COVID it was virtual. Very unorganized. Two of the interviews had cameras off and or you could not see the person you were talking to. One senior manager appeared to be completely aloof. One individual had a child running around. Overall the company seems to be very unprofessional. Certainly not a place I would want to take my talent. It really was a waste of time.

Behavior questions that are not well thought out by staff.
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Entrevista
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
