Contacted by a recruiter very basic questions . 2nd interview was with the hiring manager he asked about 20 questions. Seemed like they already had someone in mind & was just going down a list of formal questions such as what’s your biggest strength etc. Interview process seems very unorganized. Hiring manager couldn’t even give me a time span on how long the process usually takes.
